I have a feeling we'll all have to start worrying if they stop making music so fast like this. Seems like taking a long break might kill the band.
Or they're just going to work themselves into the ground who knows.

the only thing known about the future is that it's coming, no matter what.
all one can do is hope for the best (which is purely subjective).

I want them to take a break but I want them to do it now so it will be over sooner and then another tour! |

I think i am the only so called 'OLD FAN' who thinks OBTN is KOL best! I love all 4 albums but i my opinion each album has got better and better long may it continue! My opinion is slowly changing now,i used to agree with you that their new cd was the best,but after listening to ALL their songs all the way through,i realized its kinda scattered...i dont like the entire new one,thats just the one that has 2 of my favorites on it. Now i like a little off each cd but i guess more off the last 2,so i kind of agree with you. I think Caleb's voice is getting better and their sound is getting more deep and bigger sounding. I am already excited for the next one! |

Discussing the next album's sound, Followill added: "A little more rhythmic, a little more fun. He's a drummer....of course he's going to use words like rhythmic haha, I want to hear what Matt has to say, then Caleb second.. I'd have a better idea from those two. I don't know about coming up with all ideas from sound check, hmm, those boys are so busy no wonder...., I think Nathan's probably read the reviews of the last album and took the good points in and then have less of what people moaned about. The list is very representitative, "not as droney, not as anthemic, or dramatic melodies," to what review complaints were..... |

Yeah Sharon posted a really great interview with Nathan,
He said that they're gonna take a couple weeks off once the tour ends in Sept. and then start working on a new record.

Tha boys are touring until sept ,then they will record a new albun......... its from nathan interview, I posted in the interview sec,,, funny Oh wow,til September!? thats longer than i thought...well maybe there's a chance they'lll come back here again,since i missed them a month ago. Do they tend to play the same places often or do they jump around a lot? |

I'm so sorry, I know how you feel, I felt so upset (obviously, because I'm spending money I don't even have on this) but trust me, it will happen. You have to have faith that it will! PLus, even if you do have to wait, the boys are quick with their stuff, the time will come before you know it. |
