What the hell? I'm doing something seriously wrong then. This evening I did ten minutes on the rower, 40 on the stepper, 15 on the cross trainer and ten on the treadmill and only burned off 500 kcal!! Ruth you have to keep a good pace on the treadmill and you burn off more calories it worked out i ran 5.3 miles in 40 mins and on the bike i done 6.5 miles in 20 mins. Keep it up though ruthy and you'll get there Phew...that wore me out just reading that, Mr. Dan. it takes me 30mins to hit a mile! Now i feel like a fat ass lol. I think ill stick to Yoga

Whew...just got back from a beautiful 2 mile walk outside. Right as I walked inside the house the bottom fell out. Glad I made it back before it rained on me. Nice one no1kolfan you made it just in time Karma back for you. 467 i think it was.

Carrie, I'm doing ww at the moment too. I really, really recommend it. It's the only programme that has ever helped me to lose weight! I wish I could have a sleep in in the morning but am going to force my ass out to the gym. My last session before I leave for Nashville

WW going ok for me......just a bit worried that since I joined last Saturday, I haven't once felt hungry, I know that would normally be a good thing but I thought that I would have to practically starve myself to lose weight, so now I'm worrying that when I weigh in on Monday, I won't have lost any weight.

^^^ I was like that in the beginning and lost weight so you'll be fine. Now, seven weeks in to it, and I'm feeling really hungry. I can't stop eating this week

i think i'm gonna join weight watchers not this coming week but the week after my graduation.... i'll be more settled with my work schedule then! i really need to get in shape! next summer i'll be walking in my 3rd 20 mile overnight walk for suicide prevention and i don't want a repeat of what happened last time! my first walk i did i finished but the 2nd one i had to quit about 6 miles in because it was too hot (there were heat advisories in NYC that day but if wasn't so fat it wouldn't have bothered me so bad). i want the 20 miles to be a breeze this time!

thats great!! ^^ gosh dont be dissapointed with that, 2lbs is meant to be a good achievable weight loss. so you are above average!! thank you for posting i needed a boost today as i felt i wanted to eat the entire contents of my kitchen.
