I've been managing to stick to my daily allowance. Just been looking at the recipes, Potato and Ham Bake looks nice, I just wish they had single portion meals. Done 65mins workout today

I've just remembered I was eating cocktail sausages in my drunken state on Saturday night. Oops.
Tomorrow is WW weigh day, my last before Nashville. It should be interesting to say the least!

Well I've lost about 21 kg (like 46 pounds?) just eating healthy, no junk food, no sodas, drinking lots of water and exercising. Wow, that's quite an achievement! Spread your exercise out throughout the day - instead of doing an hour once a day try breaking it down into 4 sections of 15 minutes - it also increases your metabolism and the amount of calories you burn I've heard that it's the best to exercise in the morning, before eating anything, in one session. It supposedly speeds up the metabolism. I've also heard that drinking lemon juice with water first thing in the morning helps to speed up the metabolism too. I tried to do this, but it made me feel sick and I stopped after a couple of days. So far, I've lost 12kg only by exercising and eating healthy-ish. I'm not really good with diets.

Well done Kim, that's amazing. In fact well done to all on losing so much. Imagine how much it would be if we combined it Oh and Tracy, finger crossed for your weigh in. Oh I started using the cross trainer in the gym a couple of weeks ago and hated in but I'm getting the hang of it now and really enjoying using it. It's fun. I think I'm addicted to the stepper though!

Done 65mins workout today I like to make recipes and freeze individual portions - works out well. I just put the portions in tupperware and then when I'm ready, just put them in the microwave!

This evening I did ten minutes on the rower, 40 on the stepper, 15 on the cross trainer and ten on the treadmill and only burned off 500 kcal!!
