Well done Michelle, that's a really good loss And Kim, here's your sister. I want to eat everything today. I have a Curly Wurly in the fridge and I so want it but that will bring me a point over my allowance. I was at the gym today though. Hmm decisions!

great job michelle! yea -2lbs. a week is an ideal rate for wt. loss, woo-hoo keep up the good work sweetie, you can do it!!! Aw, thanks for the support hun! *karma* for making me smile. *hugs* Just finished a 2 mile walk and it felt amazing outside. Very autumn like. Now, I'm watching Halloween and eating a caramel apple. hehe.Today I bought loads of weight watchers food, that way it's easier to try and track my points! Yeah, that always makes things easier. There's some bread that's really rather good and only counts as 1pt for both slices. It's called Arnold Select sandwich thins 100% wheat. They almost look like very thin buns, but they are good and low for lunch.
The Laughing Cow cheese wedges are only 1pt as well. I get the Swiss one and put it on my sandwich bread (that I listed above ^) for lunch along with some turkey for a total of 3 or 4 pts. I also get those Weight Watchers English muffins (only counts as 1pt as well) and spread it on my English muffin along with 1 egg (counts as 2pts) and that usually ties me over until time for lunch...but that's just me.
Lastly, there's this WW soup I make that's really good. It's called Taco Soup. All it includes is 1 can of corn, 1 can of chili beans, 1 can of kidney beans, lean turkey meat, 2 can of diced tomatoes (or just one big can haha), mix them all into a pot and add 1 packet of dry taco mix and 1 dry mix of ranch dressing mix. Let it heat up and there ya go! lol. It's only 2 pts. for 1 cup. What I usually do is get a few chips and pour the 1cup of soup over it with 1/3cup of cheese to make nachos. I think with those it adds up to like 7pts or so.
Anyway, just a few helpful things I'd thought I'd throw in for those who are or thinking of joining WW.
p.s. also, caramel apples are like 4 pts too (my favorite!) :-P
Okay, I'll stop! haha.

^ Haha, you're making me feel hungry!!!
Just done 30 mins on the treadmill and 10 mins on the bike, it's so handy having a gym at the bottom of your garden.....although it was actually quite scary walking down the garden on my own in the dark!
