Right I'm fucking angry now  I know I shouldn't let fools annoy me but some asshole by the username of Smeck on the official site made really nasty comments about the cancellation of the Barcelona gig. She/he made the comment under the news story of the cancellation. He/she is shitting on about how the illness is fake and at the end she even writes get better of your imaginary illness soon. I'd love to know how she/he knows the illness is fake? She/he even said KOL don't deserve to be treated like a big band because of this  Talk about talking shit! Oh and she made a reference to them as Kings of Diappointment! Naturally people were disappointed, and I will be too if they cancel Paris on Friday, but that doesn't give them the right to have a hissy fit and insinuate that the reason the guys cancelled the show was nothing other than what they said it was. To those people talking shit - have you never been sick and unable to go to work/school or whatever? Well fair fucking play to ya being able to avoid sickness 24/7, 365 days of the year. I would love it if you passed on your secret to me. Also, KOL rarely, rarely cancel shows so get down off your selfish high horses and step back and take what happened at face value. Sorry for the rant but it really got my goat up. Oh and boys get well soon |

Thanks missus! No it just totally annoyed me. Even if they aren't sick, and I seriously doubt that because they never cancel gigs, how the hell would the above mentioned poster know that! The fool only signed up to say that and will no doubt never return to comment on the official site again! Argh!

I agree some of the comments people have made are really unfair and disgusting, it's made me mad as well! The boys are dedicated to what they do and work really really hard - perhaps a little too hard sometimes, they probably haven't had a proper break in ages. They are only human and are bound to get ill and it's not their fault. I would be gutted if I was supposed to go to one of the cancelled shows, but I wouldn't be mad at the Kings - people get ill, there's not much you can do about it! As you said KOL rarely cancel shows so to me that says they have a proper, valid reason for doing it this time. I hope the boys get well soon and can continue their tour feeling loads better! two people who met nacho say he confirmed illness as the cause of the cancellations so its just stupid to think otherwise. also i read some comments saying stupid things bout it being cancelled cause of an argument within the band? well thats just stupid they all admit to having big arguments and im certain they have prob been on stage after an argument prob while feeling like they hate each other. anyway i believe nacho over stupid assumptions from angry people, the guys are human and im sorry to people who travelled and have lost money but thats just one of the risks to going to watch any live event.

lauren i agree going abroad is making the risk bigger especially money wise. but yeah so so sorry for the genuine fans who missed out. oh and timgrw (ruth?) no worries bout the language i feel let down by other "fans" i feel like they are dragging us down too making all fans seem ungrateful. saying that i do understand the anger side of it just not the taking it out on the band

If that is the case it totally makes the person on the official sort out to be an even bigger idiot than he or she already is! |
