Evil people. It's actually a really scary thing to say and imo that member should be banned from the official site.

Yeah I agree, there was no need for that. I was there and it was so rubbish I didnt get to see them but it doesnt make me love them any less. Some people are pissed off which I get but saying things like that is completely uncalled for.

I know, scary thing is, if the gigs hadnt been cancelled some people on this site would have been in a room with that person!

If people are willing to turn on the band over something that wasn't their fault then that just proves how much of a fan they are!

If the gigs had went ahead this so called fan would have been doing nothing but praising the band so it shows how fickle this 'fan' is!

I would just like to say HA rocks as nobody has insulted the Kings or anything like that for having to cancel these shows.

^ I second that! People on here are actualy rational, including those who were supposed to be at the gig! I'm glad there are some understanding people out there!

Yeah - I know it sucks and I would be devastated if it happened to me but it's not their fault and it's something so trivial (in the grand scheme of things) - definitely not worth wishing death on people.

Hopefully the guys know that the majority of people support them and are truely behind them no matter what.

Okay Laura told me there was some people giving out about this thread on the official forum. I had a look and I can't comment on how you guys were treated when the announcement was made because I wasn't there. If you were treated badly I certainly don't agree with that, however the people that perhaps treated you badly weren't people directly connected with the band, they were most likely the Spanish promoter. Also I certainly didn't think I was over reacting when I started this thread. I said it before and I'll say it again - people do not have a right to be nasty, wish death, or anything of the sort on KOL, no matter what the reason for cancelling was. It's not that I am against free speech but come on people. It's absurd but thankfully the mods have deleted the comments and 99 per cent of the folks on the official forum had absolutely nothing to do with the silly comments. People do have a right to be disappointed though and I never disputed that.

Man, some people are so mean...I've just been reading the Madrid gig cancelled bit on the official site and people are saying it's a fake illness, they're just trying to upgrade venues and make more money and my personal favourite: 'i hope your misterious illness caused you death motherfuckers' Which for some reason make me giggle like an idiot. The least that person could do is spell check. I deleted messages like that all day, have you seen another, as i cant find it, if so can you pm me a link, HORRIBLE day.

Thanks Ruth, its a fine line between expressing anger (fairplay not nice to lose out) but one thing to say the kings didnt want to perform/faking it and unbelievable things about illnesses. Hopefully peace will be restored for the Brits, and the Kings will reign supreme, if i dont get a chance before enjoy Paris. Worth going for the sheer hell of it.
