I feel so gutted for everyone whos travelled or this was their first gig as I would be so gtted if hat had happened to me, not even for financial reasons, but just how importand and exciting their gigs are to me. I honestly believe a true fan will stick it out and go again as the music is so good to them. Ifsome people were only stumbling along to hear Sex on Fire live and arenow furious well then they're not needed anyway.

Amen timgrw!!  Had a read of some of the comments myself and I was fuming after the first two!! How dare they call themselves KOL fans and then go say something like that! Any real fan knows that the boys have left a pint of blood each on every stage of every gig they've played since 2003!! For this to be one of the first gigs they've ever cancelled in the 5 glorious years that we've had them sets them apart from every other band out there and makes us the luckiest fans around right now!! Their dedication is unparalled and I get how you would be totally devastated if a gig you'd been looking forward to gets cancelled, I know they'll need to invent a whole new anti-depressant for me if Paris gets cancelled, but JESUS, WE ALL GET SICK, THEY'RE ONLY HUMAN!!! Sorry rant over!! I must say that was most theraputic! |

It certainly shows who the true fans are *coughs* Happy aloners. yes! my thoughts exactly! i would bet my life that most of the fans on the official forum are just going to shows to hear SOF. they are disappointed that they won't hear the biggest hit of the year live. they don't even realize that the kings have a history of professionalism and perfection on stage. even when they were all coked out, they didn't cancel shows. why would this illness be fake? ugh! so annoyed by these comments! thanks for this thread ruth, i'm glad to see your perspective on this! |

Those comments were removed earlier... no need to be upset by the comments made, 63,283 members on one site theres bound to be a few comments made, best to ignore comments made, report it to a mod, if theres constant replys to the nastier messages then it fuels the fire. For a few nasty messages, tons more nicer get well comments have been made in blogs, the forum, in status updates etc etc...

Put it down to a knee jerk reaction to being upset.. trying to think positively thats all they thought, and maybe in a few days time they'd realise they were in the wrong.. thats why i started the get well soon thread to cheer things up Chill folks out. |
