I really do love this album.
Every song is just wonderful. (apart from 17 but thats just my opinion, i just have a thing about it sounding christmassy!)
I really love cold desert, it definitely feels like its the follow up to arizona. (not lyrics wise but you know what i mean!)
I definitely agree its a grower, but thats just because thats how it is until you learn the lyrics and are able to sing along and get into it. But i was blown away by closer on first listen.
Loved manhattan from the minute we first heard it live. And i have to say i prefer it live to the album version.
Use somebody for me is just one of their greatest songs ever. I literally am in love with it.
Be somebody is the same, i think its such a brilliant song, its got such a dark kind of feel to it.
Notion is okay. to be honest i dont see the big fascination with it, again its still growing on me though. It wasnt an instant love like it was with sex on fire, manhattan, use somebody, crawl and cold desert.
I really like I want you, but i find it strange because the lyrics are so ...uhm, dirty for lack of a better word lol. Yet the song is so mellow and sounds like its a summer kind of love song, its only when you listen to the lyrics and its like.. oh!!
It doesnt quite match up! lol But i do like it.
Revelry is just a beautiful song.
I cant think of any other way to describe it other then beautiful. Calebs voice really shines in this song too. I never skip revelry.
I heard it compared to trunk as one of the more tedious ones on the album that you would rather skip. But i dont agree, i think its lovely.
But all in all, i just have to say i adore this album, and i think the boys should be proud.

My opinion of this album has completely changed over the last couple of days, especially since hearing a couple of the songs live on radio one! It definitely grows on you, I always loved Revelry but wasn't so keen on most of the other tracks but I love most of them now  . IMO there are more weaker songs on this album then their other ones, but it is still a great album. |

Anal Sex! Thats what this album is its Anal Sex! Here me out people. Most men on here at one point or another have tried to have Back Door Fun with their partner. (Morer likely if ur gay, Not being homophopic its jut obvious) You tell your partner it might hurt alittle to being with, but you'll be gentle and with time she'll being to enjoy. Even though its gonna hurt the person you love you want it so so so bad that you persist with it and finally she gives in and guess what? She begins to love it and now your offical a "Kackpipe Cosmanaut" In the begining hearing the album hurt me so much. But its a grower and now i'm into. all i need to do now is ask my wife how her bum is feel today  HAHA WTF!?  Kids let this be a lesson to you.. DONT DO DRUGS! |

okay this might seem stupid to you but for some reason i feel as if cold desert is the follow up to arizona ...maybe caleb still loves the prostitute he met at arizona whorehouse, remember him saying how he sore that one girl and he didnt know how she become what she is hence the i kinda think i like her. then the cold desert lyrics about turn on your light thats when i know your alone, a reference maybe?. arizona being in the desert. hmmmmmmmmm this is probably really stupid but yeh

And also, someone added Revelry as their profile song on myspace today... and i found myself listenign to all of it. I let myself hear the live version of it and Use Somebody.. but decided to wait for the rest.
Bit of a shame cos i wanted to hear them all at the same time but i couldn't draw myself away from it!
