i think they're all entitled to their opinion, its like anything innit, not everyone is going to like the same thing etc.
i have to agree that they dont tend to translate as well in huge venues... thats probably why people nearer the front had a better time? x

hey ure from the official website message board! welcome my U2 fan that also likes KOL! dont worry it hink most of us here are very respectful of each other so we wont go tlking smack at their website, i mean we dont like ti when idiots come talking smack about KOL so why we would do that soemwhere else? well be nice, well i hope we will lol  Yes it's me!! I'm just worried that some people might go overboard with their opions......but we have to respect each other..  Some U2 fans just don't realise how lucky they are to have a great support band, I just wish they had supported in the UK instead. they would have had a much better reception |

you are exactly right, i have posted there under the same name so you can see i hae made a point of not being insulting. nothing will be achieved by that, we have to be friendly and not make them pissed off. it is their board after all, how would we like it if they came on here and were rude to us, this is what people have to bear in mind. if you are going over there to post, please do it with a little dignity. I was already a member there so i haven't got the same name, but i'm also a subscriber on U2.com and the second night KOL had a much better reception, a lot of U2 fans went to both gigs, some fans are going to 5-20 gigs so if they aren't humming one of the KOL songs there is something wrong !! |

LOL........Well thats what happened to me!!! My hubby played Y+YM over and over, I was Brainwashed and now I'm worse than him!! even our kids sing along (selected songs!!) I booked Leeds tix y.day for the Sunday and the kids can get in free!! |

aaw thats excellent. i booked Cardiff yesterday aswell, which should be fun! and i'll be one of the crazies glued to the pc Sunday morning for Glasto tickets too. if anyone knows any good sites to try and buy them on, i'd appreciate the info. xx |

just use the phone, last year the site crashed about 3 mins after they went onsale and i think theres only one site that theysell through. if you get put on hold be patient and dont hang up, its like a queue and you'll get through eventually. good luck xxx

Its Sunday, theyve done it so the phone lines should be at their quietest. and i found the number for Glasto tickets, i realised after my last post that i was just being fantastically lazy, so i went and looked for it myself. |

u2 love kings of leon thats why they personally asked them2 play so wat the fuck r u all bitchin about u2....
also if u think about it not many other bands wud give the kings the oppertunity esp since they kol r pretty unknown in america .. they cuda got a big band but they gave kol a chance
also its not kool they got booed but i mean if i payed all that fuckin money to see kol and had to sit thro sum band id prob never heard of in my life and who have very little interaction wit an audience id b fuckin pissed 2.....
