U2 Fans are a bunch of arsewipes!

U2 fans worship them, it's scary. The tickets were so expensive, and the arenas are huge. Most people will be paying all that money to watch their beloved Bono on a screen. Big arenas suck

I just hope people aren't booing them, not that they could really hear it anyways. I've been to a lot of shows, and I've seen my far share of bands that I have hated, but why boo a band? It accomplishes nothing. At the very most you should respect them for being onstage and doing their thing.

It was only one show. Hopefully, KOL will just become more comfortable in front of such a large crowd and win some people over.

thats really sad reading that about all those people that dont like them. i swear some people dont even listen to support bands. it tends to happen in arenas doesnt it, like when i saw oasis and the bandits supported there were just loads of people shouting at them and not even listening (but that could be because its an oasis crowd?)

i was talking to someone about how ridiculous that statement was 'concert of the Millenium'. yeah right, whatever dude.

Bono cant hold a note to save his life - every time ive seen them perform live on tv its been APPALLING. the man cannot sing live. like they said they wouldnt play Glastonbury because they couldnt be sure it would sound right. yeah what he meant was, U2 fans might put up with his shitty vocals, but people there who might not be No1 fans wouldnt be impressed, and he knows it.

God, well im going to see the concert in San Jose, and i know ill be giving them a warm welcome, and ill also be calling out any one who doesnt that happens to be in my vasinity. These people are pricks, they dont even realize that theyre own beloved Bono saw something good enough in the Kings to have them tour with him. I think he made the right choice, the kings have such a great rock sound where as U2 does not.

Though i think the problem is that the Kings could have had a few sound issues or playing issues, but thats always going to happen. Its to bad most of them havnt heard the CD version of their songs before, it would change their opinion drastically.

you are exactly right, i have posted there under the same name so you can see i hae made a point of not being insulting.

nothing will be achieved by that, we have to be friendly and not make them pissed off. it is their board after all, how would we like it if they came on here and were rude to us, this is what people have to bear in mind. if you are going over there to post, please do it with a little dignity.
