Those Weight Watchers yoghurts are actually amazing, I'd rather eat one of those than a full fat creamy "extra special" style yoghurt. Honest!

i like the weight watchers yogs, also the shape lasting satisfaction yogs are 1 point each and they are nice.
im off playing a badminton match tonight its gonna be a tough night for me but ill be thinking of the lbs dropping off.

dont push it too hard if they really hurt^ try summat thats not as weight bearing, swimming maybe? oh yeah thought id add i kicked arse at badminton tonight.

If you join WW online does that mean you don;t have to go to meetings? I'm not too keen on the thought of them.. I swear I've tried like 8 times this year to diet and in August I was doing really well and actually looked a bit trimmer, but then my parents went away and I ended up eating takeaways instead of cooking healthily. Plus in America I lived off junk food, although lately my appetitie is smaller.. so I'm thinking now is a good time to start again?

went for a huge dog walk this afternoon about 5 miles apparently but it felt great cause the sun was shining and the dog was well behaved.

Tonight in the gym i done 5.5 miles (8.9km) in 40 mins on the Treadmill and also done 20 mins on the Cross Trainer

I left out the rowing machine this evening and my knees feel so much better for it, so I think I'll give that a miss for a while and do an extra 10 mins on the cross trainer instead.

^^yeah the cross trainer should be easier on the knees because you dont crash down on them like you do when running.
