So, I saw KoL lastnight (14th March).
Firstly, I saw them at Sound Relief. I was hoping I'd also see Wolfmother, however, they played at 7pm which would have clashed with KOL's rod laver arena performance.
Anyway, they were pretty damn good live. My favorites were wasted time, slow night so long and knocked up. I wish they had of played Trani and Arizona though. Also, I felt kinda ripped off because at the first melbourne show, they played taper jean girl and notion but didn't play it lastnight. also, they didn't replace the songs with other songs. Eh.
After the show, we had some spare time so we thought why not try meeting them??? So after being lied to by security guards, a nice man who was loading their equipment helped us out and told us the correct way. We saw Zac Efron (ummmm...no comment?) who was a rude snob, but I don't like him and couldn't careless. Then, we saw Matt who didn't even acknowledge us or anything. Finally, we had to move so we walked down towards the main road/carpark exit and talked to security. Then, we saw Lily and Caleb, who waved hi and smiled at us. BUT I was with these random squealy girls..who probably didn't make the best impression. Oh well.
Other than that, good night.
I got some rather crap photos and videos, ill upload them sometime soon.

Yeah I'm pretty sure they didn't replace them. I've been rackin' my brains out all day and yeah..they didn't.
I still had an awesome night though.

CHRISTINA did u end up buying merch? i bought the red t shirt with "followill" on the back HEY! i still have my wrist band on too! sucks we didnt see each other, even though we were like right next to each other haha!  one day jasmine, one day!  yes i bought the red followill top as well, the grey one with the kings on it - i think it was a guys one lol but i loved it! and i bought to cheap fake one out side the venue at the end! 10 bucks! i was like why not? |

LOL i swear im not taking the wristband off till it falls off. haha i knowww im spewing we didnt see each other, i was gunna call you but i only had minutes, im on optus and i wasnt sure what u were on... oh well another day i suppose... i saw that guy selling the t shirts, i was like what the helll? i didnt get one off him though, i shouldve on second thoughts lol. |
