Am I the only one who doesn't want Nate to do lead??? I LOVE Nathan and I think his voice is beautiful (from the backups) but I love that Caleb's voice is so pure, powerful, and raw. I'd be ok with Nathan have a line or so in a song but a whole song? agree. caleb was meant to be lead. he makes me melt when he opens his mouth sings, not so much nathan. |

However, I cannot emphasise enough that I do NOT want to see a rap song on this or any other KOL album!!!

I don't want a KOL album in 2009. That would be too soon. I wanna take next year to get more familiar with the last album and let it grow more. 2010 would be perfect for the next album.

I don't see what's wrong with one rap song, the album being called, Wassup, and Nathan singing lead on only one song.  I guess if you really want to piss off Kings of Leon fans, you can do one or two things: Make a rap song, and/or make OBTN pt 2. |

He was only saying that they hav alot of tunes worked on, mainly cos they do it all in sound checks, so they are bound to have loads of songs ready !! But lets not forget what Jared said pre- OBTN, when on festival interview i think it was, there is a youtube video of it. Basically Jared on his own was saying the forth album was guna rock harder than before, and what did we get --- OBTN !!!! so i would take what u hear with apinch of salt !! On the other thread the general feling was that a break/time off would be a good thing !
