I can tolerate 17, the only I songs that I can honestly say I just don't like are Revelry, Notion, and Be Somebody.

I know I just can't stand it! I try to listen to it but then either turn it half way through or just fast forward to the end. Every time I here it, it just reminds me of something that was done in like early 2000 or late 90s.

have got used to seventeen. still not fond of the bells but now love the 'you could call me baby, you could call me damn it, its a one in a million, oh its the rolling of your spanish tongue that make me wanna stay'
Still think 17 was the one meant for ASH

i reallly like 17 you know! I like the bells cos its around Christmas too, haha :] OBTN isnt my favourite album, well its my least favourite but i still cant say i dislike any of the songs  |

But each to their own i actually like 17 but i agree the bells are pretty irrelevant  Matty you can be forgiven for having the bells idea as you are one kick ass guitar player  |

Oh em gee ive been wanting to know the answer to that since I heard that Triple J interview, I thought it was 17 too! But what was meant to be on BOTT (sorry, thats probs another forum but I cant be bothered looking...), I reckon its Be Somebody, the guitar parts sound the same as the 2nd half of Times...
And does anyone else think that the intro to Notion sounds like christmas?

17 was definitely the song written around the time of ASH. I read it or heard it in an interview a couple of weeks ago...'Course now I can't remember what it was, but I'll check back and find out. But yeah, definitely '17' as suspected.

ohhh What's wrong with the bells, people?!  ...I like the bells!!! hahaha  I really like 17 and Notion very much. I didn't know people have problems with the bells!! OBTN is not my favorite album, but I can listen to it from the beginning to the end without skipping tracks. |
