Schnucams, I'm thinking the same myself... maybe not another gig, but defo Oxegen...*hoping...* I was just saying to the fella yesterday that I would dread Oxegen and I wouldn't be that into the whole thing but if our boyz played I'd have to go, I so would haha
They've nothing pencilled in around Oxegen already, have they...?

Oh God I hope they do an individual show. I like Oxegen and all but I don't like going to it every year and the tickets are mega expensive.  |

Only getting to comment on this now - the reviews are amazing and I'll be honest the chest was swelling with pride at the Irish crowd - you can't beat it!

Hmmm, oxegen, they'll be around for a few UK shows which hints to me of a few european festivals but maybe not UK ones so much??? I dunno Im just guessing!!! I hope they do individual one too!!!!!!

I really doubt they'll play Oxegen again this year. They'd have to headline again, and the same band headlining the same festival two years in a row is just not going to happen. It would become like "The Kings Of Leon festival", especially cos they were 2nd on the bill the previous year. I hate Oxegen as a festival anyway so that suits me just fine  Now if they wanted to headline Electric Picnic I'd be more than pleased, but I doubt that's gonna happen either... |

Hey I think you might have something there a KOL festival... now that would be deadly... we could make them play for hours by just generally cheering and being brilliant fans ourselves, they would get addicted to the buzz and keep on playing, brilliant.... we could make them play ALLL their songs and when they are finnished they could play them again (but maybe caleb can take his jacket of cause he must have been dying of the heat, i know i was ) |

Just got back from Dublin now...Saw Coldplay last night but my God the Kings were sooo much better...Coldplay was all seated...There was a definate different atmosphere because of it in my opinion...But Chris did say "you know you can stand up for this" and the crowd stayed standin...So it kinda sucks if they were makin people sit down for the Kings... Anyway that's completely off topic... It was seriously the best gig of my life...I know I'm repeatin what everyone else said but they really were in great form...I loved the lights and visuals...I couldn't stop laughin everytime the woman came on screen for the scream in charmer...Loved the home movie thing for King of the Rodeo...Did anyone else notice that the camera for one of the first songs(can't remember which one  ) was basically Matts ass??? I thought twas hilarious!! My highlight was defo Nathan goin completely crazy for Trani!!! The minute I heard the first chord I started screamin...The people beside me thought I was nuts...Includin my friend!!! I took down the set list on my hand durin the gig...Another reason they thought I was nuts... Here it is... The gig was AMAZING! I was right at the barrier and got Matthew's pleck and set list  On the set list Wasted Time Sex On Fire The Bucket is written as Wasted Sex Bucket I found it amusing... |

damn I wish I was there again now!!! haha I doubt they'll play oxegen cos they headlined last year, mcd won't get the same headliner two years in a row, and I doubt they'd just play a normal slot I'm going to oxegen this summer anyway so I'd be delighted if they play |

Ive not been on here for a while, but just came on to post after reading all the reviews, WOW  it sounded like an amzing gig, theyve always went down incredibly well in dublin (well ireland in general) and its great to hear that it was a fantastic gig (im just bummed i could only afford Glasgow but hey, its the credit crunchLOL) hope everyone has a fantastic xmas!  |

In the contract to play Electric Picnic you have to agree to not to play Oxegen too because they want EP to be a totally different show and attract different crowds. Anyway, my point is, that means KOL won't be able play there.
Did Caleb wish us a happy Christmas? I assume he did, good christian boy.
