This thread is so funny! lol YAYM is the "worst" to me in this aspect. I couldn't - not even to save my life - understand what he sings in Spiral Staircase besides the chorus.  |

I was reading old threads and found this gem on a thread about how people get KOL lyrics wrong on those music lyrics websites. The user captainsplashy posted: One of my personal faves is Fans- "She gotta hide and her has is his asshole" and "All of London scene, whose England's queen who makes sweet love to tales I bring". It just makes no sense.

My Mum has recently become bored and decided to listen to all the KOL albums and write down what she thinks the lyrics are, then I check them for her. Some of it was friggin hilarious but I can’t remember exact lines so when I get home I will double check lol! She was actually better on some YAYM ones than OBTN. [EDIT] From Closer: 'Got to crack this code' instead of 'Floor is crackling cold'. Lol! |

you know how in the home movies caleb says how jared thought it was "i like to dance all night, and some of the day"? i confess ...i thought that too the first time i heard it  i've not fully read through this thread yet so im hoping someone says the same!  |

I also thought in Soft, he was saying "I used to sleep everyday, I used to sleep everyday" instead of "I used to see you everyday"

I actually still sing in Manhatten 'Gonna show this town, how to kiss these thighs!', I sang that at a gig when I was unawares and I seriously hope no one noticed and branded me a pervert. Also, I thought another line in Manhatten was 'A young man screams, that's the way I ride', I thought it was about torturing lol. i was laughing so much at the torturing part |
