^^ two grammys? hahahahaha
re-singign it in my head, that would fit in though!
ok i always thought caleb said "ive got a notion that says it doesnt feel right" BUT going throught the lyrics its "ive got a notion to say what doesnt feel right"
not overly misheard, but yea.. i always thought my version made more sense...

I know he says something else, but in true love way when caleb sings "i want in, like a substitute, i've been working awful hard for you" i always sing "i want in, like a substitute i've been working like a prostitute" just because it rhymes.

And on a slightly related note..I've literally just realised, in Pistol Of Fire, he's singing "Aiyah, where did you want to take me? Aiyah, where did you want to go?"
I thought he was saying "Where did two months take me? Where did two months go?"
As in the eight weeks of penicillin he'd have to take to get rid of his pistol of fire.
Doh!

I'm sure i read somewhere, maybe on O'Dusty i think, someone thought in wasted time where he says "only when you know that i'm beggin for a bite" he said "only when you know that i'm a megga pork pie". It is the funniest misheard lyric i have ever heard, and i now sing wasted time that way just coz it makes me laugh like crazy

I realised today that I sing 'He never had a Sunday nap' instead of the Sunday mass bit in Crawl. Shameful.

OMG you literally made me laugh out loud then lol!! How the hell do you get banana split out of that lol? I thought in the Bucket it was "a lot of fags" instead of "all out of fags", which isnt too bad. I think my others have been mentioned before: "A young man screams" in Manhattan The "london scene" bit in Fans, and "nation" instead of "they sure" Oh and i though it was "the reds and the whites and the blues" in Crawl, as if it was a football team or something lol

Heat magazine have a bit on mishead lyrics from bands and they're renamed YAYM as Youth and Young Manboobs? and in SOF they said it sounds like "you set things on fire"

In Closer I used to think Caleb sang ‘I see a storm but then I’m from the sea’ instead of ‘bubbling up from the sea’. Haha oops! I obviously thought he was a merman or something

I like it, and it brings a smile to my face!
Not a word you hear/see often. Bringing it back (if it was ever indeed in?)
