If the Jonas Brothers are like the Kiddie Kings of Leon the Mcfly are obviously the Kiddie Muse?? yeah sense the sarcasm!   Thats just lazy journalism, lets be fair the Jonas Brothers may not be breaking the boundaries of music but at least theyre not S club 7 or worse The Hoosiers! LOL Anyway back to the topic, I really felt for Caleb in that video, but i do agree in some way with one of the posters that he wasnt really giving 110% but in the same respect it must be disheartening when you have all these people just not interested, i think even if Caleb did give his all by the looks of it the crowd still wouldnt have given a shit because theyre not commercial, theyre not on a shitty reality tv show, they dont hang with P Diddy, they dont date Lindsey Lohan so the majority of the crowd aint interested (no Kings of Leon American fans included in that, we know your fighting their corner!) |

Then we just started chanting Kings of Leon for aggeeeeesss, good times! And eh.... Sarah! I was pissed going into the pit for Amy MacDonald through to Editors.... then i started sobering up at Interpol  hahaha that guy is brilliant! i was pissed during editors then got sooo tired when interpol came on. did everyone hate interpol that was there? ha i think they did. i woke up fairly lively though when the kings came on. and especially when people start throwing those plastic cups of water all over us I think I was that guy shouting that at Interpol, well that girl. I just kept saying it, my friend was embarrassed, but I think it needed to be said... a lot. KOL have always had a better reception in Europe and the UK in general, so obviously they're going to feel a bigger affinity to audiences over here. |

Yeah, and people seem to like them a lot for their looks as well as their music. But the similarities really stop there. I mean, let's take a second to look at the Jonas Brothers' lyrics, get ready, they're awesome: "Oooh This is an S.O.S. Don't wanna second guess This is the bottom line It's true I gave my all for you Now my heart's in two And I can't find the other half" Oh, yeah they're very similar to KOL Also, their hedonistic ways of drinking, partying and debauchery. |

Caleb said at V on Saturday that they tried playing a festival back home in the states to see what it was like, and 'they don't have shit on you guys'...I guess, like everyone else said, they work on the response they get from the crowd. It certainly depends on the crowd. If the crowd is into the guys are too. Cause I know when i am at a kings show, I pretty much lose my mind and go crazy. And the they love it. My friends & I have never seen a bad kings show. One where they were not into it. Yet. And I am pretty sure that It will not happen at a show that I am up front at.
That being said, Of course they are going to like the UK, because the UK are on their nuts. They love them some KOL, and until people in the US stop listening to Nickleback and actually like some good music it will be this way. Sorry to say, because I really love the kings.
