i voted mollys chambers. it was a great single and everyone knew it. nobody knows cali waiting. more know wasted time and a few more know red morning light. but that's not saying mollys chambers is my fav song...!

hey i was just wondering if your Youth and Young Manhood cd is like a normal cd, you know in a plastic case. Because mine is in a cardboard case type thing and I bought it here in Canada in september (when it came out) |

YAY be happy liz. u have a digipack. they r limited edition. the plastic or jewel case ones are the normal. cardboard or digipack = good! nothing to be worried about. they r special becasue they r fewer. not really that fewer but they are no longer being printed i believe. well not in oz anyway.

I went for wasted time, evened it up i did (except for RML, which i do like...). I love the way he sings the verses in this one, all quick and stuff.
Hey liz, i have the cardboard YAYM as well, i bought it when it was still new to Aus, though i notice that all the copies out now are the plastic ones. Maybe we're just special, i like the cardboard ones more. But i hope we're not missing out on any cool liner notes because i have the carboard.. cananyone tell us?

ooH no wait i lie sorry. there is one minor difference. the cd itself. the cd in the digipack has the tree design printed in like a soft gold or something ink. on the jewel case one it is plain white ink. only a slight difference and only visible in the right light. but there nonetheless. it makes me laugh cos it was the only way i knew which cd was from which case. i use to leave both around the house. the colour difference is good. saved me a lot of trouble.

thanks for the info gnome snatcha. i've noticed the tree design, i really like it (even though i can barely see it cuz of my waning eyesight!). i'm trying to find the HRN ep but i can't, i might have to get it online (same w most of the singles, i;m a junkie for bsides and live recordings)  i'm one of those people who gets as much as possible, so it's good to know that there's no diff between the two CDs, cuz i can save myself $20! YAY! |

HRN = hooly roola ep yea? erm lets see. i have seen many about. u r in australia yes? HMV has a lot. they just recived a new batch. apart from that some small independants stores will still stock them alomg with some other maijor chains like JB hI-FI. they retail for around 10 dollars brand new. if u buy online don't pay anymore than that. that is the going price for the australian edition
as for the singles, australia only has molly released. it's identical to the uk one, just is an australian print. no other ones have come out. that was around october/nov last year. but they too are still available and retail for arounf 5 dollars. HMV still has them in stock.
o and if hmv say no that they dont have them. they are lying. i have seen tem on the shelf but last week. they can always order it in for u no matter where u are. that is HMV australia.
as for other kol singles, u have to go overseas. uk has the best. and vinyl too. we dont have any on vinyl here. vinyl mmmmm

yeah, i'm in melb. i've checked out a couple of my local JBs, they don't have it in stock. i should just get off my lazy arse and ask, but i'm too scared to talk to my sexy man behind the counter... i like to stare... and i have no HMVs near me, the closest is chadstone which is about an hour away i think i'll avoid online though, i have the f.ing shipping fees that cost more than the disc! i'll just have to ask my sexy JB man with the long hair...peeople shouldn't be allowed to be that hot in real life! |

and which jb hi-fi shop be the sexy man at?? there be a groovay looking piece of hair at the store near me.. chadstone has only the single. ring hmv in bourke street and ask them to put both aside for u. then when u can get into the city u know its there waiting. they also have the 'what i saw' ep. it's a uk import and its 16 dollars
