I missed the BDO AND the sideshow, mostly cuz of being poor, but also partly cuz my friends have no taste. By the time i was able to convince ppl to go to the sideshow on the strength of the Strokes being there, tix were gone . awh i know how u feel. i held off for a few days b4 i bought my strokes sideshow tix co s they were expensive. and my friends didn't want to go. so i held off. but i got so sick from it that i knew i had to buy a tix. and when i did ibuy the tix i got better straight away. it was weird. but i ended up with a bad seat. but i didn't care i was so happy just to go. it was kol afterall anmd then i found out that the mess hall were support as well. i was in heaven  |

Yeah I'm having to go with molly's chambers just cause it makes me want to dance everytime I hear it.
gnome we got crappy seats too, but after the KoL set we snuck down in front so we got to see the strokes up close during their set...

ya i did that for the kol set. it was strange that security allowed it. no one was in their seats hardly and alot of people crammed down the levels to the front below. everyother time security has been so strict there like not even letting people stand up. "there are seats so SIT in THEM!!" kinda thing. i was glad for the lapse in security though. but i only snuck down to the front of the first balcony level for kol. i didn't know that i could have run right down to the side of thet stage grrr and when i realised i could it was too late cos i saw no real room. damn i'm stupid. so stupid. but even though the leons were small i got to see good so i'm glad

I haven't been around for a while but when did they release California waiting? did they do a video for it?! i'm worried i usually know everything going on!!!!
I listened to the original of it the other day and at the moment i prefer it...prob cos i dont listen to it as much as the single version and its a bit different.
I voted for Molly's chambers!!! I heard it in April last yr on the site fell in love with it straight away and got straight on to downloading everyone of their songs i could get my hand on aswell as the first ep-which is the best i reckon......before buying the album on cd and vinyl.SOOOO basically, Mollys chambers brings back really happy memories of when i first heard them n got into them.
