Yeah I agree, I don't mind Gordon Brown. And to be honest (nobody shout at me ) I didn't mind Tony Blair either. I love the fact he just brought up those posters of Mr Cameron's. I see one everyday on my way home from work with Gordon's big smiling face on it saying 'I let 80000 criminals ouy early. Vote for me.' Petty.

its so bitchy. i noticed that cameron was doing the classic politician backed into a corner thing then, by answering a question with another question rather than just answering the damn question. i really hope he fucks up tonight and that people see him for the slimy prick he is.

Yeah true, but England don't have their own. Just the one we all share.
In Scotland they don't pay tuition fees at uni or pay for prescriptions because their parliament decided it. So I don't really understand what decisions are decided by who...I have no idea about any of it really lol.

i'm not sure about who does what, because i've only studied the westminster parliament. i like that cameron has been caught out on several occasions now though. i really hope this descends into a brawl.

Half the stuff he says doesn't even answer the question. And all Nick Clegg keeps saying is how we need someone who's going to do what they say they're going to....as if we didn't know that.
I quite like Gordon Brown right now.

Yeah I know. I watched it partly because a lot of things I've read about what the Conservatives want I quite liked, and since that quiz told me I share most of my views with them. But I really didn't think I wanted to vote for them, and this has just confirmed it really.
What Clegg says is nice, and probably ideal on a lot of his ideas but it doesn't seem realistic that it would happen. Gordon seems to have better ideas that David and be stronger than Nick.

i think clegg will bump the liberals up quite a bit after this, which should hopefully bring the tories down a tad. i'll be sad if gordy goes, because i think he inherited a bit of a bum deal. i liked tony, but he did leave it in a bit of a mess. the problem with this country is that people don't realise that you have to take the bad with the good. for an excellent health service, cuts will have to be made elsewhere, like in education. you can't just invent money and make everyone happy. cameron needs to stop telling anecdotes and actually answer some damn questions.

Why do Scotland and Wales have their own parliaments? Thats not a criticism just a question im with you on the not critisising their parliaments but i think its unfair that they get to vote on things that directly affect only england but english mp's dont get to vote on things that affect only those other countries? ? perhaps im mistaken? anyway i missed the middle third any big stuff happen?

Yeah I agree with you on that. Like with university tuituon fees. Scottish parliament voted to scrap tuition fees in Scotland. But when it came to vote about doing the same in England, most Scottish MP's voted for us to pay. Thats wrong I think. Not that we have to pay just that they got a say.

I noticed that to. I think he's hoping it will make what he says relateable. Like earlier when he was talking about immigration and he said "I was talking the other day to a black man..." as if by saying he was black shows he was an immigrant?

yeah that thing he keeps doing is basically
"i was in (insert town name) recently visiting a hospital/factory/school/police force (delete as appropriate) and i met a woman/man (delete as appropriate) who had (insert problem) that the labour party has caused"
its getting very irritating.

Hmm not sure. The only fair things to do would be to have an english parliament to or just have a UK parliament like I used to think we had anyway.

Very true. The unfortunate thing is that a lot of people won't vote for Clegg because they see it as a tory vote because its one less vote for labour. If everyone in the country voted they'd probably have a better chance.
