Hope he's going back to his Epiphone Sheraton again, i love that guitar. Never liked the Gibson. Strange that there's no videos or pictures of him smashing the guitar, just like with Caleb =/

Wow...Matty?...never knew you had it in ya....lol. So can anyone shed any light on when this actually happened? Was it the last song of the set? I did read in another post that Matt looked totally bored during Slow Night but have yet to find any vid on youtube. I guess my take on the whole thing is that it was a huge festival and not everyone was there to see The Kings.... imo they should be flattered that sooo many people know SOF and US...whether they are huge fans of the band or have just heard those songs on the radio and like them. Lets face it,I am in Australia and those two songs have been played to saturation point here. If I was a fan that was there to specifically see KOL I think I would have been hurt by Calebs little speech. I want to cry!! I can't believe MATT did this!! He's the LAST person I would expect would do this! And i just read about Caleb's "fuck you" speech and I just cannot think straight!! I'm so upset right now! What is happening to our boys!?!?   That's exactly what I thought. I would've expected guitar smashing from Caleb, but not Matt. I still haven't decided if I'm upset or angry, and at whom... the crowd or the boys? |

Do you know after which song Matt supposedly threw his guitar?
If I knew what song it was it will make it easier to search for.
Seems kind of weird to me that he would do such a thing.
He always seemed the most mellow of the band to me....just goes to show ya you shouldn't judge a book by its cover.
Sweet little Matt has a monster inside after all...;-)

So we're all thinking he must have smashed a different one. Thank GOD. At least in his anger he still had the clarity to grab a different one instead! Oh and I guess it was at the end of Black Thumbnail that it happened but that didn't get on film, at least nobody has posted it yet that I know of. And we always knew he was a monster inside that shy adorable shell of his, he lets that secret side out in bed! (I wish I knew that firsthand!) |

Looks like either the Sheraton or an unknown blackish one. I hope it's the latter.  edit: This one's a bit better. Maybe it's wishful thinking but I can't see the sunburst finish on it...  |
