aww, i thought he went off to be sick aswell that was just before sex on fire too. pooor leb  It's still nerves, isn't it? I guess I don't blame him because arenas are big places, but there's no need for him to be nervous any more, they couldn't possibly disappoint us!  Funny, my friend was meant to go with me but had to work, so my mum came instead... and she really enjoyed it. Driving back home, she was going "they seem like really nice guys, they're like nice country folk and they seem really grateful for everything." Yeah mum... don't watch the MTV Hotel Argentina videos  xxx |

"You guys drive safely and take care of each other, and don't do anything I tell you to do in my songs!" I have to say, they all looked stunning too. I know I'm a crazy Merver but I can't deny that they all looked fantastic. Jared's hair was particularly nice after the way it's been recently. He had no beard either And my mum thinks Caleb has nice eyes. Which of course is true, but when it's coming from your mum... heh, watch out 'Leb xxx |

ahaha, ive never liked matthew but i found myself being drawn to his sex eyes and his lovely smile tonight. a couple of pictures were taken of him by me aswell they all looked mighty fine, i dont like lebs beard all that much though, thats problee cos i loved him too much in his pixie phase x I could go on forever about what I like about Matt, but truthfully they're all great people and they're all good-looking in their own ways. I liked Caleb's pixie look too, although in the "On Call" video, my mum says he looks like a ghost! "Four Kicks" was a good look for Caleb, the hair was the perfect length in my opinion. Jared and Nate both look pretty good now, and so does Matt. I love em all to death! If I could have found a way to get on stage, I would have run up to each one of them and given them a massive cuddle and a kiss on the cheek for just how amazing they all are. Although my hand might have slipped while I was hugging Matt  xxx |

i was at the gate too... i probably saw some of you, but since idk how you look like - i didn't recognize you :-) aww i didnt even no u wer going i went just before leb came, did he say anything ? x . I'm going tomorrow aswell ;-) i cant remember if i saw anyone of you... Caleb wasnt in a good mood, he signed a few things and then he left. I took a video of it. He was the only one who came out! After we saw him my mom was like: omg he is so skinny and small, but still hot :-) |

It was an amazing night. First time I've seen them live. A good crowd, considering. Really! we were in the nosebleeds about half way back on Jared's side, so not good seats, and I wasn't expecting much from the crowd up there, but there were some crazy real fans close by us, a lot of people seemed familiar with at least some of the older stuff and everyone stood up and it was great! Sang my lungs out and had a ball. Highlights for me were: Be Somebody as an opener - not what I expected, but it just soared, and I think really got people right away. Crawl - got people standing by us - thought we were going to be lone nutters before this. Milk - so many people seemed to be singing this! (but there again a lot weren't hah!) SoF - yes, SoF!!  I still don't know what I think about this song, but there's no doubt it fills an arena. Every last person in the place looked to be up and going for it. Had a really good view of the whole crowd form where we were, and I have to admit I spent as much time watching them as the boys at that point. And it took a while for the crowd to quiet down after it, the place went crazy for it. It was hilarious. Made me so pleased for the boys though, really proud and a bit emotional that they could get that kind of response out of so many people. haha! Ffs - I'm just realising now that the whole thing was a highlight - every bloody song. If I'd change anything it would be to put Arizona in there, and Mcfearless and maybe lose SNSL and Charmer, but that's just me - it was a ripping set. Trani - A weird one - it did kind of make things faltr a little - it's just a different kind of pace than their other songs - slow build. Also - I think up where I was it was unfamiliar to too many people. Having said that, plenty of people were singing it and rocking out. I hope that KOL don't interpret that kind of subdued atmosphere as a reason to drop it. There seemed to be a few technical problems, and as has already been said, Caleb had to duck out briefly, maybe for a quick vomit. And Caleb talked a lot - at one point I actually thought "what's up with him??" He did seem to appreciate the crowd. Other people who were at the front are much better able to comment than me on all he said. He sounded fantastic. Nathan - even from a mile and a half away I could see those guns. "Nathan's a fucking drummer" - that's all I can say! We saw Jared's face, quite a bit really. It is a very lovely face haha! It struck me how the bass wasn't as dominant in the mix as it is in recordings, but that could be something to do with where we were. It did mean Matt's guitar stood out more. I'm even more impressed with Matt than ever. Manhattan was just so beautiful - the intro just slipped in so slowly. Beautiful. Another highlight - Black thumbnail. Knew it was coming, but IT CAME! Up in the thin air of the upper reaches, reeling from altitude sickness, rocking to BT. Sherpas, yaks. |

last night was fantastic! i went with my daughter and it was fab, although she wouldn't wait - and i'm gonna tell her we missed Caleb!!!!!!!!!! - we had such a ball! loved all the songs, we were singing and dancing, going mad the whole time - she even lost her voice!! definitely loads of sof fans around us, not many seemed to know the words - some girls behind us sat down for half of it and the lads next to us only got more into it once the beer took effect - their loss, maybe they'll put a bit of homework in for next time! i have to say that even though people didn't seem to know the words the arena was really loud with loads of applause and screaming and a massive call for the encore so i think they would have felt appreciated - and as we know Caleb did say we had cheered him up after a shit day! it was really packed too - as for the ones that may have left a bit early can't understand it at all! loved the set, rml, cali, four kicks, bucket, on call and trani fantastic - nobody near me knew trani at all!! loved 'em all actually!! i so wanted to be standing at the barrier, i think i spotted a few HA'ers but didn't want to be a stalker  i'm not sure the guys were so into it as they were in december but i guess they have got to be mega tired with all the touring they've been doing but they always give value for money!! i noticed Jared was facing the crowd loads more too, he looked cool - as ever- as did they all!! Caleb puts everything into his singing, and Matt's solos were really noticeably brilliant and got lots of crowd appreciation - i don't think Nathan did his beer thing at the start of the encore?? although i could have looked away from the stage momentarily and missed it got to say it again, they are awesome, i so love how they listen to their fans and how they always thank us! xx and yeah glasvegas - eurgh! going again tonight - eek! - v. excited again, hope to get some pix tonight for posting!! (new camera ) |

ah theres some class reviews on here. i popped on earlier and it was all about how hot they were, but you lot have reviewed themusic!! nice work!!!
but yeh that was an amazing gig. I actualy think the atmosphere in the MEN was so fantastic, maybe even one of the best ive experienced watchng the kings.
we were seated to the right of Matt (block 101 i think)
i couldnt believe how much caleb seemed to appreciate the audience. at some points he looked so overwhelmed. like for ages the crowd were screaming and chating after theyd finished playing, and caleb just did this little smile and laugh to his self. you could tell they were pretty awestruck!!!
once again i was impressed with the newer albums. i was never that keen on them, prefering the older stuff, but bugger me they are fantastic in an arena aren't they!!!!
the crowd around me were pretty good. some were singing all the way through, a few had no idea. and these annoying people were just screaming caleb in my ear all teh way through!!!! (i wish people know about the others, jared is just sooooooooo hot)
well im not writing any more. its all been said already!!
