I've seen so many of these on other band forums and noticed we at HA (my favourite by the way) didn't have one, so i decided to make one, there are no rules and or regulations just post away your favourite quotations of the band from live shows, or just favourite things that have happened at live shows, what the heck!  EDIT: I forgot to start! this is from memory so it might not be accurate but oh well Nathan, in the cardiff july 2007 show: "you see any more mother fuckers throw any more fucking bottles up on this fuckin stage i want you to punch them in their fuckin face" |

at birmingham nia december '07 caleb said "thanks for being here i know y'all coulda been watching the led zep reunion" which was greeted by total silence then he just started giggling that cracked me up so bad (i bet no-one else gets this)

That has to be the best quote I have witnessed at a KOL gig!! Here is the video evidence of it: www.youtube.com/watch?v=ekzuXMW1T5oAlthough the video doesn't quite do justice to the loudness in the venue of the screams after Caleb thanked the travelling fans! My other personal favourite was at V Festival 2008 (Staffs) when you couldn't see your hand in front of your face for all the rain and everyone was drenched to the bone and then Caleb said: "sorry 'bout my hair y'all" It was funny - his hair did look a bit rain-frizzed! And my other favourite at Maida Vale 2008: "you all have been wonderful" (Caleb) and then somebody asked them to play McFearless and Caleb said: "we can't...we haven't practiced that one!" |

Maida Vale is probs the best off the top of my head for quotes cos of all the band interaction and the fans too!

yeah I remember him shouting that more than once!! I was stood there thinking "it is black THUMBnail argh" But Jared said "yeah we'll play black thumbnail" and then they never did!!!  Someone shouted for Trani too but I don't think they heard  My brother started the "more" chant heh heh...I think it was just after Knocked Up. |

I know what you mean. If my voice was a bit louder I would have shouted for something. I was quite tempted to shout "Nacho!" when Nacho came on to fiddle with something in between songs when it was quiet but I thought the majoirty of the listening nation would be wondering why someone was shouting something about nacho chips lol!! I think about Maida Vale every day - sad I know! I still can't believe I went |

It was so good haha. I can't believe there was no barriers! Nacho is such a sweetheart, if I'd got there just a smidgen earlier I would've met Jared too cos some girl on Radio One the next day said she saw him outside, and she was the only girl waiting when I got there I think?
