2009/2/15 - Madrid Show Cancelled
It is with great regret that Kings of Leon announce the cancellation, due to illness, of their sold out Madrid show tonight, Sunday 15th February.
Once again Kings of Leon would like to sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused to the many people who have bought tickets for the show. The band would like to thank everybody for their understanding and also the many get well wishes they have received following last night's cancellation in Barcelona. This is the first time the band have ever cancelled shows.
Kings of Leon are very disappointed by the turn of events. They were very much looking forward to their Spanish shows.
At this time it is not possible to reschedule the two shows. Refunds are available from point of purchase.

Would it be considered a huge deal if they didnt do the Brits??? I presume they'll cancel that too rather than travel over and back etc!!

That's what I was thinking, it would make sense for them to rest rather than turn up to do one song and travel all the way over and back again?
