Erm I'm not sure about hotel, I think it would definitely cover Eurostar and that's more expensive than the hotel, I haven't paid for the hotel yet you pay when you get there so maybe you can cancel? They might just charge for one night but it was fairly cheap. And if the gig's rescheduled I'd hang onto my tickets but if it's just cancelled I guess I'd get a refund My friend whose going with me isn't a huge fan so she'd want her money back I think, so I guess I'd have to do whatever she does... I shouldn't be thinking so negatively haha Yea normally hotels charge you for one night , it's normally a 48 cancellation thing. Let's not think so negative  It will be fine! But anyways all of the happyaloners who are going will have a blast. None of my friends are huge fans of KOL, THE FOOLS! |

We have The Brits first though, if that's a no go then it's time to worry haha god this should really be on the official site right?  |

I've deleted the comments that were OTT on the official site, if anyone wishes their comment (that was in response to the ott comments) to be deleted too, let me know  Gutted too, i've got the brits ticket and berlin ticket, so will be losing out on a lot too, but theres no need for ott comments, think they must be really ill.  Think positive. |

I didnt read the official site but I can imagine what they were like!! Im glad the boys are putting their health first, I know they wouldnt cancel unless they had to, Im sure they want to put on a good show, they can hardly do that and vomit all nite! At least HA'ers have a bit more compassion |

i just posted asking for some confirmation from kol people about if madrid is cancelled. i feel it should be on the official site not just the venue site for people who might be checking before they travel.

Surely its more beneficial to cancel shows now and get beter for next week the try and carry on, wait for the illness to gt worse and have to cancel the whole tour?

2009/2/15 - Madrid Show Cancelled
It is with great regret that Kings of Leon announce the cancellation, due to illness, of their sold out Madrid show tonight, Sunday 15th February.
Once again Kings of Leon would like to sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused to the many people who have bought tickets for the show. The band would like to thank everybody for their understanding and also the many get well wishes they have received following last night's cancellation in Barcelona. This is the first time the band have ever cancelled shows.
Kings of Leon are very disappointed by the turn of events. They were very much looking forward to their Spanish shows.
At this time it is not possible to reschedule the two shows. Refunds are available from point of purchase.
