Why did you write a song about Arizona? I hold that place close to my heart. I love the desert and always have. But the story behind that song is kind of bad. I can't really get into it. It's about when Nathan and I went to Arizona, and...well, we had quite a few different substances in us, and we decided to go to this brothel. I guess I am telling you now, aren't I? This really is a heartbreaker. We walked in and I looked around and there was this one girl who was so beautiful that all I could think was, ''What happened in her life that could bring her here?'' as opposed to me thinking, ''Yeah! I'll take that one!'' So you left? No. I took an ugly one. I knew why she was there. Didnt ever read that before... oh my. I love arizona like so much, i agree with all of u sayin u have to have like silence n concentration or u have to skip it  Mm amazin song. |

When he says "ch-ch-checking me out" I always think the ch's are a play on the railway line, like he's making the noise a train would make. Or is that just me?

razz do you hav decent tab for matts guitar? Unfortunately I tend to get them off the internet, although the Arizona tab I found was bang on really. I listen to the songs and figure it out myself a lot too, I seem to be able to do that. When I do get tabs, I get them from ultimate-guitar.com but some of them aren't quite up to scratch I'm afraid  xxx |

It would make some kind of sense considering like you said he mentions railway on the previous line. This question needs to be put to Caleb!! |

Gahhhh I love Arizona sooo much, I never knew about the story behind it =0
I listened to it walking to college today, i was late as always but i took my time cos it was such a nice walk + the best soundtrack to it.
If i ever see it live, i will actually cry. His voice when he says 'whore-house arizona' just fdlkjsdkflsiuo3il2r3kjsdhfsldfskdjf cant describe it. Ahh *day dreams*.

Jesus I've just been driving home to my house in crazy wind with Arizona on. I adore the song and it has special meaning for me. It makes the hairs on the back of my next stand. Special.

I don't think I've met a KOL fan yet, that doesn't love this song. It's the one track I would take with me on a desert island. I need to listen to it at least once a day. It's cliched I know, but this song is pure beauty.
