havn't read all this thread but it worries me a little. it's like, i keep thinking one of their reasons for doing these albums so quickly is cause they wanna work off their contract and disappear into oblivion never to be heard of again. they've said before they always wanted to be a boxset band and i'm sure i read or heard somewhere that some guy said he saw them as being like that and there was a massive money punch up over who got to sign them so there contract is probably pretty big and ties them in for a high number of records. i reckon they're gna work this off, then do it all themselves. with their people. after they've had their babies all got married and slept for about a decade. why do they never want to go home? i could get why in the early days but they're so much more settled these days or that's the way it seems. then again they're musicians and they grew up on the road. that joke about the baby bus doesn't seem like all that much of a joke now. they'll end up in ten years still touring with a massive mobile extended family unit. wow! that sounds like fun  |
