Thanks! I'm not sure if I've posted them or not, but here they are: I look like such a dork in this one...Eh... I'm still coming down from meeting everyone but Matty in Toronto...  I can't believe how easy it was! Have you posted your story yet? Yeah that's what I hear, that it's pretty easy to meet the guys! Hopefully that lasts for a while Nope, I haven't.... It's pretty typical, but exciting for me!  Here goes: The tour buses were parked right outside the main entrance.... Standing in line to get in, a group of guye behind me starting yelling for Nacho when they saw him! Who can blame them, really, but it's still funny to see guys doing it, lol. Anyway, so we headed there after the show. They were all on the bus when we got there, but after awhile, Jared came out. He was SUCH a champ! I had a picture of a friend for him to pose with, and the awesome guy he is, he struck this pose:  I was so focused on getting this for my friend that I forgot to get anything signed for me, or even get a picture with him! Behind Jared was Caleb.... Who is surprisingly chill. My one friend told him he's hot, and he just shrugged it off.... Only other thing I remember him saying is that he told us we were crazy to be standing out in the rain and cold, to which my other friend made some flippant comment about us being Canadians and used to it.  Pic with Caleb:  Then after another couple of minutes or so, Nathan came off the bus. He was so warm! He snuggled right in, touching his face to mine, which was pretty nice, considering that Caleb was right about the cold, lol. Nathan was just so chill! My friend and I both got a drumstick, but I let her have it, and he signed it for her without her asking him to. Anyhoo, pic with Nathan:  |

Thanks everyone! They were so cool.... It's the first time I've tried to meet a band after a show, and the only reason I even tried was because I'd heard how easy it is.... |

Well that settles it then, after the show in March I'm hanging around to meet them....although I'll probably be so nervous I'll say something really inappropriate like: 'CAN I SMELL YOU?!'
Were you nervous mert (or anyone else who's met them)?

I wasn't nervous, per se, because I was waiting outside for about 45 minutes before they came out. Then I was frantic to get everything out and ready, and we were closest to the bus, so the boys came to us first. But I was shaking. |

I already posted a bit about this but just now noticed this thread.. Met the boys in Nashville on Wednesday... I approached Caleb first and just started gushing, saying "That was a great show, you guys are awesome, bla bla" and he smiled politely and said thank you a few times, and I shook his hand (lol) and then put my arm around him for a pic. Caleb was the most intimidating to me. He just has this star quality about him that is pretty overwhelming. And my GOD is he gorgeous!! Nathan was next...I noticed several gray hairs as I was standing behind him waiting for him to look my way, lol. Told him he was my favorite drummer, and he signed my drumstick and told me he hoped it didn't hit me in the eye, lol... I quite enjoyed having my arm around him and feeling his guns under my hand. yow! Next was Jared who was definitely the most approachable! He was so warm & friendly. Very cool and patient while my husband fumbled around w/his camera. It was so easy to meet them! Just kind of walked in the backstage doors and there they were. Ahhhh. I can die happy now |
