I'm picking MILK because it tells a short simple story with very little fuller. When I first heard this song I thought it was silly and about milk or something milk-related like women's breast, but then I listened closer and realized it's about a girl he loved who cheated on him.

I havent read all the lyrics so far (i'm new remember  ) but so far i love the Closer lyrics the best because they paint a very good picture,i get a good image of what the song "looks" like. Just dark and creepy. Besides the fact that its about vampires,thats just really deep to me. And original. |

Closer HAS to be one of my most favourites (the first time i heard it i cried *pathetic*) the lyrics are just so *eery/sexy/moving/omfgilovecaleb'svoicesomuchicouldjustorgasmeverywhere* YAYYYY its about time somebody else feels some love for Closer!! I feel the same way you do. That song just puts me into another world. I sometimes forget where i am when i close my eyes and listen to it. |

revelry. see the time we shared it was precious to me, all the while i was dremaing of revelry. god i just love it. i think i can relate to evry single lyric on that song, thats why i like it so much.

I have posted in here before but I got some more  Where Nobody Knows is amazing, which is the one I mentioned before. But Milk always used to be my all time favourite song, I remember being so obsessed with the lyrics, so I guess you could say that too I really like this verse in Pistol of Fire "i feel the water, out in the cool grass, down in the meadow, under the tree..." The imagery I get off Caleb in that is pretty much undescribable. |

This is pretty difficult but i would possibly have to pick soft (not for the reasons everyone thinks  ) I just think its a brilliantly written song my favourite line in a KOL song ever is Behind the fringe of a whiskey high mutilating cat like eyes, and in your nose blood decadence you try to drag me into your bohemian dancing you paint my fingers and you paint my toes, you let your perfect nipple show he's got such a nack for words, I love the bucket to but there all pretty brilliant  The line "you try to drag me into your bohemian dancing" is my all time fave KOL lyric... but there are so many brilliant ones in addition to this one... Any line in Arizona pretty much... |
