Oh okay heh.
I'm so glad other people think the same as me! I don't see why the critics are saying this is the album which makes them stand out from any other band of our times, if anything thats what their other albums did.
I don't want to criticize the album too much though because I may grow to love it!

too true, i remember when BOTT leaked and i first heard it i hated it, and people almost killed me for it. I spoke too soon though cause even though now i dont LOVE it, i dont think its horrible.

as soon as i heard BOTT times i knew it was sepcial. i didn't think it was amazing but i knew there was something and after a few listens i loved it. this is just meh, i hope it's a grower though

Well, call me a conformist, but I really like it. I've been waiting for what seems like forever to hear "Use Somebody" in its entirety, and it did not disappoint. "Closer" is a close (no pun intended) second. But I did enjoy listening to them all.

I pre-ordered the deluxe edition, so I really can't wait for those extra tracks.

Only Jared said they were going to rock harder on this record. And he said it last summer, before they'd written the songs, in an interview where he also said he had punched a lot of faces in his life and nobody in his band could take him . So I took that with a pinch of salt!

And they didn't rock hard enough.
