I got the opportunity to meet all of them last night at the concert in Washington DC
i think because parking is very limited... the tour buses HAD to pull up right in front of the venue.
so i waited a good hour untill i had met all of them.

Aaaw I'd love to meet them, especially Caleb  But then again I have said to myself that I won't even try to meet them in case they're right arseholes, cos I once went to a film festival to get someone's autograph, who's known for being good with fans, and he didn't spend very long at all signing, and didn't even wave to us who had waited there like 8 hours!! But if I do go to see KoL in concert, I might be tempted to hand around the exit lol! |

Please don't smite me for saying this, cos I know a lot of people like this actor - Johnny Depp. Thats why I took it so badly cos I have actually witnessed him spending hours with fans but this particular day it was like he didn't really care. I think partly it was his arsehole bodyguards dragging him off. I think I'd be pretty upset if Caleb saw us waiting and screaming his name (lol!) and just turned around and walked off. How many gigs are u going to? |

I didn't post in here! I met them after Bournemouth last December, there was only like 8 of us waiting, I think it was cos it was pretty much in the minuses and by the sea in winter!
We saw them get on the bus and Caleb toasted us with his bottle of wine, Jared toasted us too and said "heeelloooo" in an English accent (or a wierd accent haha)
Then they came up and signed our stuff, I talked to Caleb the most.. I actually have a video of the whole thing on youtube! Best 3 minutes 12 seconds of my life.

But I usually only meet people at the Edmonton Folk Music Fest, and all the artists are really easy to meet and they are always gracious. But I met Kele from Bloc Party in the West Ed mall before their gig there in Sept. and he was sooo friendly and nice as well. So if someone was mean/ignored me I think it would hurt my feelings... especially if I waited there for like 8 hrs. Wow. Just two gigs. August 12 in Edmonton and August 13 in Calgary. I CAN'T WAIT!! It's pretty much all I think about right now... lol |

Yeah I've met a couple of other famous people who were really really nice but after the Johnny Depp thing I don't have high hopes anymore. If you expect nothing you cant be disappointed right? JUST two? JUST two? Tut tut tut. Only joking |

So, I was thinking specifically, that if Swine Flu keeps getting worse in the States, they prob won't be coming out too much. Little interaction with people they don't know... Am I the only weirdo that would think of something like this? Ha.
AND SARAH I AM TOTALLY WATCHING THAT VIDEO RIGHT NOW. CAN'T BELIEVE NATHAN WAS OUT THERE TOO! In the 8 times I have met them only time Nathan was personable was the first two times back in 2003!

In a word Missus, nope. Leb never approves comments anymore (unless they've been disabled or something) and I've never known him reply to anyone. Can't say I blame him, I mean, he must get gajillions, where would he draw the line??
