obviously meetin them would be feckin unreal, but how crap would it be if they completely blanked you or were assholes,( i very much doubt it lol) but theres a sayin that 'you should never meet your hereos' which i kinda understand the reason im askin cause as i read through this forum i feel that many of the forum members feel like they know the kings ie, the guys history, growin up and all that stuff, but we dont know them as people so if u did hav a negative experience in meeting them, would it effect what you thought when u next listened to them? id be slightly pissed of, but in the end its the music that matters. and these guys are the best around.

yeah i can see you have a point there likes, although i would still like to sit down with matthew have a drink and talk about guitars and music but I reckon if they were to be arseholish then it would change my perception of them, but i doubt they are.... unless roosters still kicking about that is.... lol

I'd be really disappointed if they were assholes but it'd be partly my own fault cause i've all these ideas about what they're like etc. and i dont know them from Adam, John, Mark & Luke

I have met them. but like I go to so many shows so its bound to happen. I wouldnt say im disspaointed by meeting them..Jared is really friendly but I think he's got time for anything with boobs. Caleb is the total opposite really. I feel like he's not tottaly comfortable with fame.

i met neil delamere at electric picnic before he was really big, and he was an absolute prick to be honest. just looked myself and my friends up and down like we were knackers or something. used to love his comedy and stand up but now i can't even look at him on the panel anymore. and i love that show. so after that experience i refuse to meet anyone i remotely admire. nothing lives up to my expectations of them. so no chance i would attempt to meet the kings. re-reading that makes me sound bitter......but im not really. just disappointed i guess

I get what you mean, sometimes when you idolise people and stuff you think they're going to be perfect when you meet them etc. But at the end of the day they're ordinary people, and if they were to be shitty or whatever, it could just be a bad day, after all they are human But i'd like to think they're quite friendly and happy to sign stuff or pose for photos?

Please dont smite me 'cause it should be pretty obvious I love the kings but like Im sure everyone has heard that Caleb can be quite arrogant to fans. Like as in looking at them weird and being reluctant to pose for a photo or sign an autograph. Whenever Ive met him he was fine but Ive heard of him being nasty to others including a friend of mine.
P.s. Neil Delamare is a gimp

Incase some little 5 yr old came on and when "nobody talks about my Caleb like that!!" and took revenge.
All I said is that he's a bit of a b*stard to SOME fans..

Dara, it's so weird because Caleb was the first one I met and he was so sweet. A little awkward but very nice nonetheless. I think maybe his awkwardness comes off as arrogance...

Caleb is the total opposite really. I feel like he's not tottaly comfortable with fame. I agree 100% i've met him a few times, although the last time I saw him in manchester last year he waltzed past the fans waiting outside and we called him back - he turned his head, nodded to to the burly security guard and came back to the fans, which was great! nathan, jared and matthew just kept their heads down and got on the bus

The more I think about it the more i think i'd be devestated (for about an hour) if they were rude and shitty So i best not try to meet them at the Dublin gig cause then I wont wanna go to Wembley. I guess i could just throw rotten eggs and tomatos at them...... (kidding)

^^^ ooooooooooooooooh!!! *kick up the arse x3* i wasn't bothered because i'd met them before and was keeping one of our MODs company, but i thought it was a bit rude to other fans who had waited a long time. nathan that night .... caleb when he came back ...

I think he comes across as shy more than anything. Not necessarily arrogant. I mean if i was in a band like that i'd probably feel a bit proud of myself, you know what i mean? But he seems quite timid and would find it a bit daunting?

Yeah on the one hand i'd love to meet them and get a photo and everything but on the other i'm always worried i'd act like an ass or they'd just be rude or something and disappoint me. I'd say they'd be pretty cool though but i'd embarrass myself! I'd rather meet them randomly instead of in a group of obsessed fans where they prob think you'd do anything for them and think they're Gods. Meh.....we'll see what happens at the Dublin gig.
