apparently me being the only polish person here have rights to say that KOL is almost unknown in Poland. I guess this type of music is not yet to be popular- we have many of our own nice band, but even more crap :/ polish listeners also pick pop artists rather than some nice rock. the problem with KOL is that they remind a bit of pretty boys boysband, so not many rock listeners will take then seriously, while others won't really understand the music. how wrong is that i'm happy to know them, often it is their music that brightens up my day and makes a very good musical background. ah well with these lousy number of fans I think they will never come. good they do come to Europe at all. in Finland they are close to unknown as well, although I've seen some Finns in here ('Moi!'), but on the other hand Finns like rock a lot, tradition to listen to american rock is also longer. still... chances for their solo concert in here- close to zero. but there is a slight chance they could have been invitied to participate on one of rock fest around prolly they will come just after I have moved away from here :[ life...

Hey, I had a question for those who reside outside the U.S. I don't really have an idea of how popular the Kings of Leon are in Europe so I'd like to hear from people who live there. Just curious... Are you joking? they are MASSIVE here in the UK, probably bigger than they are in teh states!

hm...i really wouldnt know...i guess like any other newer gitar band. which means they would do very well on festival here in serbia, aka EXIT,and in fact they were supposed to play few years back but their performance was canceled due to someones injury or somtihng like that.

Their popularity is growing in Belgium after the two festivals they played here. A couple of my friends are starting to get really into them. When On Call came out, it was played a hundred times a day on the radio, tv, ... but I haven't heard Fans or Charmer yet. Actually, I haven't heard anything about Kings of Leon after the summer vacation ended. But they certainly got a lot of new fans over here, which is awesome of course!
