thanks for the drug refference lyrics, i figured they were reffering to that, just didn't know any specifics. not an area i am well versed in. Genuis is interesting in the fact they wrote it before they ever got in the spotlight. But they have said a good part of YAYM was wishful thinking.

I think I read it relates to a certain part of the anatomy possessed by the Kings and the male population alike...

And I read too that Razz is basically about Jared and the way he supposedly treats women, Caleb supposedly wrote it when he was pissed off with him.

He also said he wrote a song about himself, Nathan and Matthew on/for the album.

I think pistol of fire may more specificallly have to do with the male anatomy after its encounters with many anonymous women, as painful and unsetteling as that is.

in the rip burn magazine there's a 7 page feature on the guys there were a few summary's of some of the songs...

Dont look into song meanings much but its nice to know them.

Pistol of Fire-Heard KOL say it was Piss-tool.So proberly about sex when thye said 'it's gonna tickle, you're gonna giggle'

Genius-Dont know the whole meaning but lines 'And I can't get alone in my bathroom, I need to give myself a hand' is about pleasuring ones self.Might be about Groupies or somthing hanging around them.

yeah day old blues is about their mom cause of the betty ann reference. and plus i read somewhere that caleb said that "he cried when writing that song cause he suddenly missed her so much that he had to write about her". and the whole gang cried while recording it.

actually..just thinking about it genius sounds as though its about groupies....but they weren't really known at that time when yaym came out..plus i thought they liked the groupies then....who knows
