It's a Dipthong, if anyone want to know about them check out en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dipthong I just wanted to use the word Dipthong it sounds vaugley rude.
If you want to use them in windows on english language setups look for a little program called Character map its part of window and alows you to use non keyboard Characters such as ©®●▪◊◦◦∆Ω™• and most of the dipthong Characters.and foreign language characters.
