I got the mail with the good news from the Rockefeller mailing list on Friday, and didn't notice until now! Kings of Leon will play at Rockefeller (Oslo) on December 3!! There's been an upgrade - last year they played for, I dunno, 300 people at John Dee? While Rockefeller has enough space for about 2000 people. Well done boys! Also, a little message to KOL: Remember to put on your warm clothes!  |

aww that's really sweet that they're coming to your country and to a bigger venue an all. i havn't booked my christmas tickets yet for england yet. hope there are still some left. there should be, ok i'm just talk ing to myself now hahahhh

you could just try? we have similar places here and i go even though im not 18, just dont err act young?! and also, i dont look 18! yeah, that's what i'm planning to do, but my parents are going on and on about that it's not smart of me, and blah, blah, blah... my mum was thinking of my dad joining me, but i don't think that would work; there are very few people over 18 that would bring their dad to a consert... oslo is also kinda far from trondheim, so i can't go by myself. what about a fake id, or writing a mail to kol's management ...? ah, whatever, i'm going for it. as i said, i can't miss it. |

Ace: I don't know where to find other European dates, I think for now you have to check out the homepages of venues in your area. And Ingrid: Don't worry - if you want it bad enough - you can do it! Fake ID is not a bad idea! Before I was 18, I used fake ID's to get into Rockefeller and John Dee all the time, and it always worked. Just find some girl who is two years older who has more or less the same hair colour and that doesn't look completely different. And if your dad is so cool that he will actually come to Oslo with you - well, you're lucky! If you think it completely sucks to bring him to the concert, maybe you can convince him to eat at a restaurant/go to the cinema nearby while you're at Rockefeller, and then he can pick you up right after? And remember - if your daddy's strict - don't touch the beer! |
