I've been using Biotin with a few months now and I've just started seeing the difference!! First it was in my nails. I've always had good nails but tey went really downhill last year and I couldn't get them strong again, but now they're great and not breaking at all!! (Touch wood) Also my hair is becoming stronger and I was really paranoid that it was falling out but I don't notice it anymore!! Also I started using Kerastase Resistance Shampoo. My hairdresser recommended it and it's worked a charm!! Oh and it's on feelunique for half the price it's in salons www.feelunique.com/p/Kerastase-Resistance-Bain-Age-Recharge-250ml.htmlOh and completely seperate to that rant, I can't praise Lush's fresh face masks enough!! They work wonders!! Been using "Brazened Honey" lately and it's sooooo nice!! Just make sure you tell the people you share a fridge with it's not to be eaten...Once found my Dad trying to spread one of the masks on bread...He thought it was humus

i wont use lush products now, they named a product fantastic mr fox and are using it to raise funds for a militant anti fox hunting group. its not about the fox hunting thing just the militant aspect. sorry this is the beauty thread not the opinion thread!

well if thats your opinion fine, i just object to the militant aspect like i said before, there are plenty of not so violent groups who oppose fox hunting. I live in a fox hunting area and the militant anti hunt generally cause loads of trouble, trespassing and damaging property that usually belongs to people who have nothing to do with the hunt, people who just live near to fields where foxes live, seems unfair to me. as for fox hunting generally im not sure where i stand on it, i dont like the idea and stuff but it is a countryside tradition. then again killing dolphins is a tradition in areas of japan, doesnt make it right. i guess im mostly against it but i also know the hunt very rarely even catch a fox so its kind of pointless to ban something that has almost no impact, farmers are still allowed to shoot foxes on their property etc i guess its the grand and arrogant aspects of fox hunting that seems to annoy people???

^ I'm not even going to get started on my opinions on fox hunting. I just can't stand it. Period. Cruel b*******. Although i'm just against any killing of any innocent animal. It's the most disgusting thing ever.

A minor bump for The Body Shop's "Vitamin E Facial Moisturiser". Comes in a tiny pot, but is well worth the cost, because literally dipping your finger in is enough to cover your face! It's really effective on dry and normal skin, and maybe I'm imagining it, but I swear it gives you a bit of a "glow" - not shiny, I spose just a general brightening of the skin... *Sits back and expects sponsorship*

I suffer from dry/crapped lips so, so much in the winter and nothing would ever make them better. That was until I discovered Blistex MedPlus for lips - it's a miracle worker

I just got some selection boxes of Gok Wan's "Gorgeous By Gok" range, which I'm pretty stoked on because I love his shows and I'm in pretty dire need of pampering products! I'll let you girlies know how they go. They're not expensive, especially not at this time of year because in Boots, you can get different boxes of them on 3 for 2. Yay! xxx

i would stop using any dye right now go easy on dryers and straghteners and go buy an expensive conditioner from a salon. when it calms down then going for a red or brown might be good to use less bleach.

yeah I agree, don't do anything to it for a while. But when it settles down a bit dye it a darker colour, they generally have stuff in them that condition your hair. When I dyed mine brown my hair felt awesome.
Get a conditioning hair mask or something that you leave in for a while before washing it out, that might help.

I bleach my hair every 3 weeks and I use this once every 6 months. You get 6 treatments in the box, use 2 of them every 6th time you wash your hair and you'll notice the breakage will stop and the condition will be 90% better, it's a proven fact It's quite expensive though, 35euro.

i'v started using bio-oil at night and i think its making a difference to my skin, my pores look smaller and my skin colour looks more even, far less patchy. also if you look around online you can get it pretty cheap.
