figured people are more likely to read it here than anywhere else so anyway triple j is doing the hottest 100 of all time and i'm pretty sure you'd all agree that kings shoud get a song in, especially seeing as they took out number 1 in 2008's one. but since it is the hottest 100 of all time i don't think they're gonna get enough votes and that's where we come in  we have to all vote on one song to guarantee them a spot though so lets agree on something and then vote don't vote until we have agreed because split votes won't get them a position! anyway my pick would have to be On Call there are heaps i want to put in there, but this seems the most obvious choice what do you think? check it all out here www.abc.net.au/triplej/hottest100_alltime/voting/ |

I think it's good to see which KoL songs have made it to the Hot 100 in the past few years and pick from those.
Last year was Closer, Use Somebody and SOF.

crawl was up there last year too, like at around 70 something
other than that i think thats all that have been in the hottest 100
but theres a list of all previous hottest 100 tracks when you go to the history section on the site, its on a link at the side

Yeah, I tend to not like the ones that most people do. I don't like Trani or Knocked Up either. (But I do like The Bucket and McFearless) I am WACKY! But still, let's find out which songs have been on JJJ already - that way there's more chance other people will be voting for them already. |

ok i just checked 2007's one
on call was 3rd
fans was 33rd
and charmer was 60th
i'd vote for any of them
also i agree with mcfearless and the bucket
in 2004 the bucket was 31st
and thats all their hottest 100 entrys
other than that i think i could vote blackthumbnail, true love way, mollys chambers, taper jean girl or cold desert

I'd think On Call would be the most obvious choice indeed. It was already voted high on an annual Hottest 100 and it's probably more appreciated by most fans than SOF (which I assume took up the #1 spot in last year's list?). And because it's not too old yet, people who aren't fans of any band in particular but do vote, could pick it too cos they still remember it well. Plus it's just a good song ofcourse. |
