For me, I love Nathan and Jared both in "On Call" - I also think Matt is spot on in that song too. Can't complain about Caleb's vocals either... dammit. I am not very good at this game.

i'm totally diggin the cow bell too. i love nathans addings during 'milk' when they play it live. he hits the cowbell in the second verse a few times and it sound soooo cool  |

Caleb - Closer and Knocked Up if he is going to sing and 4 Kicks if he is gonna growl
Nathan - McFearless/Milk
Jared - On Call but the best has to be True Love Way - turn up the bass on that and listen to the pulsing bass line on that. The only bass line that has given me goose bumps.
Matthew - Arizona and McFearless or any of his solos (particularly True Love Way, Arizona, Knocked Up and Closer)

these are all reallly hard to choose just one for cuz there's so many that are good for different reasons
Caleb- Milk.... but this was a toughhhhh call
Jared- My Party one of few songs I think he really nails the "leader roll"
Matthew- (I couldn't pick just one so some honorable mentions will have to do) Beginning of Knocked Up, On Call Solo, Red Morning Light Solo, Four Kicks
Nathan-On Call, or My Party are probably two of my favorites
