Jared's mistake on this version of King of the rodeo, copy and paste www.youtube.com/watch?v=6jLCsNTf1m8, kind of bugs me but I wasn't at this gig. I think it bugs me because it makes the song sound so different. He should be playing the A- string every fourth second or so but just keeps playing the high notes all the way through. You can see from Caleb's angry looks that it is making him mad. He's such a perfectionist. *smile* I don't think I'd mind to much if they made mistakes. I think that their worst show must have been T in park back in -04, watch the tube to see that one. Caleb seems to be high or comming off of drugs during that performance. |

Jared played a bad note for KOTR once and Caleb shot him the wickedest mean stare! It was funny! I'm sure there was a good few bum notes hit in Paris by Matthew and Caleb made a mistake with On Call and if memory serves there was confusion over then end of it at the time so I wonder if they were talking about that in the faceculture interview??!!?? Thats the interview Im talking about that prompted this thread |

Doesn't bother me at all in fact I kinda like noticing the really tiny ones that someone who doesn't listen to them every minute of the day wouldn't notice. Plus the KOTR death stare is one of my fave KOL videos and the face Matt made in Paris when he came in late at the end of Charmer (when him and Caleb play over jared's bass solo, Matt forgot to do the first bit so it was just Caleb) was priceless! |

^^ At around 2:03 in this vid you can hear it pretty well! Caleb comes in but Matt doesn't, you can't see his face tho cos it too far back. I only noticed the face he made cos I was right in front of him for the whole night! Hope that helps! |
