so i was wondering if anyone else has had trouble printing off their tickets from ticketmaster. I bought two extra tickets nearly month ago for the may 10th charleston show and it keeps telling me that printing for the event will be delayed for 24 hours.
i've contacted someone and they said "We do regret that you have not yet received your ticket order via TicketFast® delivery. At this time, we are still working to verify all ticket orders for this event to ensure that no ticket limit or address verification issues exist. This process should be completed shortly."
anyway, this is annoying me, i've received one ticket via regular mail and so i don't know what's up. has anyone else had similar troubles?

No, all mine have printed out. Did you try printing yours out as soon as you got the email?

I would just suggest calling them and switching the delivery method. Mailing is free anyways.

yeah, i went to my account the second i got the email. hmmmm. i mean i've already been billed and paid for them, and they're on my account and i have a receipt. thank goodness the show is still about two months away and i have time to figure it out. i'll email again tomorrow.
ticketmaster, i'm good for it i swear, and i'm who i say i am as well.

Don't email! Give them a call. Emails will just get you some person in a foreign country emailing you a generic response. Get all your info together and have them express ship it on them just for the hassle.

Thats the attitude to have! Seriously. Just be nice but tell them all you've had to wait and tell them to send em via mail and refund you your $2.50 or to ship them expidited or whatever for that price.

I hate ticketmaster too. Thats why I use Tickets.ie whenever I can. Shame they only do a small amount of small gigs.

There's another site that is in competition with ticketmaster (cant remember the name) but apparently they are merging Goodbye any chance of not being ripped off!!! Grrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Please tell me it's not gigsandtours/see tickets? I rely on them cos ticketmaster is SHITE I dont think so, I think its another more international company but I cannot for the life of me remember which one!!

So, I finally called and I finally got the tickets emailed to me. I could barely understand that guy but I think he just said there was some kind of delay on the ticketfast tickets? idk, and i don't have to worry anymore. phew.
