I must say i quite like 17. I am not sure what it is about it but i just like it. I really like all of OBTN though and think that it is a pretty great album. Except i don't really like Be Somebody  |

its kinda odd... but i like the really quiet 'ooooooooo' that you hear in the lead up to the chorus and spronkled throughout the song... *EDIT* and by spronkled i of course meant sprinkled... but i kinda like that word...  |

If you'd left it we would've thought it was entirely deliberate....and very, very cool. I must confess 17 has defo grown on me, was a bit "meh" to start with, especially when you first listen to OBTN and your whacked between the eyes with all those stupendous openers... I love it now though, and I think it's all about the story, you can really feel like there's a history behind it (even if Leb made it up in his Vicodin induced stupor heheh)....laaaaaaaahhhvley. |

At christmas time 17 was my ringtone because of it's lovely festive bell ringing opening. I liked this song from the begining and I'm glad to see other people feel the same.

^^^Well that's good to know Christie. I'm not it's biggest fan either although i wouldn't say it sucks, it's not one of my favourite songs by any means. It's growing on me now though. Anyway an 'Appreciation' thread is for people to post about liking something which is why i don't say anything in here, it seems like you're just trying to cause arguments to me. Yeah i know- you're entitled to your opinion, i've seen your other posts- but why not leave them outta appreciation threads? Anyway i gotta say your avatar is gorgeous. |
