You have to sign up for an account first. When you go back to the shirt page, there are little Vote buttons next to the number of votes.
It's free, and I've been able to vote multiple times.

They did this once before but then no one ever heard who won or what the winning design looked like. Hopefully this contest will be run better.  |

oh man i've got a decent idea for a design, but i don't have the proper technology to execute it. i just messed around on picasa with an image from the net, so it's too small and is probably guilty of copyright infringement. oh well.
