question about using pics from this site

I have a strange question,hopefully someone in here can help me. I am creating my own website,and i wanted to use a picture from this site to put on my homepage. I wanted to use this picture:



Would it be enough that it has the photographers name at the bottom? Would Matt recognize his guitar and sue me for using it? LOL I just wanna make sure i dont do something illegal here.

Hmm, good point, Shelly. I would think so long as you gave the photographer credit it should be okay. But then you can never be too sure these days. Hopefully someone more copyright, etc., savvy can help.
