"sold out" is basically an outdated term at this point, there are always tickets still available no matter what

lol true, but again with the finances, I just can't spend a lot of money on tickets and prices run exorbitantly high when the demand does. I swear I am going to end up living in a box with merely my ipod to keep me warm.

Gah I know what you mean....our Kings addictions suck the life out of our wallets....I mean we could probably be on the verge of getting evicted with nothing but a jar of mayonnaise in the fridge and we'd still be calculating how much it'd cost to go to the next show
...or maybe that's just me

For ticket details particularly the pre-sale check out www.oxegen.ie. Full camping weekend tickets are rather expensive so I am gonna go for the KOL headline day. I can't remember how much they were last year but I think they were around E90. If you have the SOF single the live version of Knocked Up is from last year's Oxegen. The atmosphere was incredible. |

my biggest obstacle is the fact that my boyfriend will literally break up with me if i announce i'm going to spend more money on KOL-related trips.

Sav festivals are really fun if you are in the spirit. Plus if you were only getting a day ticket you wouldn't have to camp out in possibly horrible weather. Oxegen last year was a blast, thee best ever.

Yea drinking is 18 and general admission age is 17.
Well getting p*ssed on is not reserved for festivals, I got peed on at the KOL show in Glasgow! Yuck! Can't say I've ever had that happen, or anything like it, at a festival. However, in saying that I wouldn't camp, it's not pretty.

I really really really want to go to Oxegen. I have to look into airfares, hotels, and transport I guess. Ugh I just want to mail myself over there or something!! Ruth, I have actually been looking at the show you mentioned on youtube, it is definitely not helping my rational financially responsible side, lol.
Also I figure I have wanted to visit Ireland for years now, why not take this opportunity to go?
