For all non Irish people reading this Dave fanning is Irish DJ/all knowing music person, Irish equivalent of John Peel, but nowhere near as cool & don’t really like using that comparison, buts that’s the only comparison I can think of that works!
Anyway for the last 28 years on radio he’s done a poll of peoples all time favourite tracks, this year was no great surprise as U2s 'One' as number 1 again.
BUT there’s an interesting entry at number 2! And also 25 and 44!

Not bad considering that it’s the "longest running radio poll in Ireland and most credible rock and roll poll as well"
