I've noticed that Bonnaroo tickets are up, but they don't have the lineup up. I would consider paying that much to only see them and playing 'hippie' for a couple of days, but i need to know if they'll be there.
when does bonnaroo publish the lineup?

I wish I knew too because and friend and I really want to go to Bonnaroo this year (it's my life's goal to go atleast once) but I don't want to pay all that money without knowing who's playing first.

I wish I knew too because and friend and I really want to go to Bonnaroo this year (it's my life's goal to go atleast once) but I don't want to pay all that money without knowing who's playing first. seriously. i think i found on the website that the lineup is put up in late jan or february. it'll be interesting to see if they play, 'cus they go back to the uk like two days after bonnaroo starts. i would love to see them because i know that they love playing festivals, and it would prolly be sorta intimate over here in the states but i have zero money and conservative parents who would never ever support me financially to go live like a bum in tn around people tripping acid and shit. i'd probably only be interested in a handful of performances anyway. i think i may save up and see them next tour. |

me and my sister are really thinking of flying to tennesse and going to bonnaroo next year. they usually have quite a good line up and it would be so different to go to an american festival!

Bonnaroo is crazy!! Crazy, painted, naked people running all over the place!! Haha!! Just kidding!! It's SO AWESOME!!! I want to go again! I saw them in 07' and it was AMAZING! I just wish they had day passes to Bonnaroo because I'm not into the whole camping for 3 days while breathing all that carbon monoxide!

They HAVE to play Bonnaroo this year. They live an hour away so it is in their back yard, damn it. Even if they don't play every year there they usually go as fans and hang out. Last year I met Nathan and Nacho at Bonnaroo at Jessie Baylin's show. If you ever want to know the world the boys come from then go to Bonnaroo. It is in the Deep South so it is hot as shit and the sun is relentless but, man, it is a damn good time!

I've always wanted to go to Bonnaroo but kind of feel too old for it now, lol...I mean I LOVE music festivals but 3 nights camping on top of tens of thousands of other people in the middle of summer? yikes.

oh maaaan my friend and i are planning a roadtrip to nashville this summer to look at schools and we thought we should just turn it into a bonnaroo tirp; of course, it's only worth it if the boys are there. february 3, then? god, so many music festivals i want to go to this summer. i will not have enough money.

..If they were to do this, they'd be cutting it VERY close, seeing as they'll be in Europe on the 15th.....and Bonnaroo is 11-14th....but who knows.

Well, there are still some artists "to be announced" , but I'm not holding my breath for KOL. HOWever, I think I am gonna go! Some friends talked me into it  I'm excited to see a lot of those bands! Great lineup! it's gonna kill me campin out in the heat w/all those people for so long, but hopefully it'll be worth it. You only live once, right? |

I would go to see Bruce, TV on the Radio and Lucinda Williams...but that's about it. Unfortunately, I found out at Lollapalooza that standing in the hot sun for hours just isn't my thang anymore...I'm way too old!

I don't know how I'm getting there but I'll find a way! Bonnaroo was great last year. I saw everyone from Death Cab for Cutie, MGMT, My Morning Jacket, to MIA. Last years lineup seems better, but this one seems great too. I opted out of Bonnaroo this time around to save money. I am interested in going to that Austin City Limits festival. The lineup isn't up yet though. |
