Hi there has anyone collected tickets from the ticket office on the day of the show with just an email confirmation? can anyone confirm do they just accept the email with the unique reference number or do you have to supply the card you bought the ticket from as well?
Would welcome any comments!

I didn't need it collecting my tickets in Newcastle on Thursday. But dude, in the unlikely event that they dont let you in then I will totally give you a refund.

my brother picked up two sets he bought for him and his friends in sheffield, no probs. he got them on the production seats/standing resale like myself. he picked them up at 5.30 when it said 7pm on the email from seetickets...

I'm glad this info is on here as I have to collect my tickets from the box office and didn't fancy waiting around til 7pm, hopefully I can get them at 5.30ish like you mentioned!

Ah someone else who is going to Cardiff!! There doesn’t seem to be many going who are registered on this forum.
I’m aiming to get there about 5.30-6ish and collect my tickets. My sister needs to get hers too. I wonder how big the collection queue will be lol?!

8 of us in my group will be at Cardiff! its our Xmas doo! we thought we would do something a bit different so we are all going to see KOL at Cardiff!
The reason why i asked about the ticket collection is that i have bought the tickets from another forum member and he has given me the email to hand to them but i am a bit worrird they will ask for card details as well etc which could screw me!
