I'm a little late relpying to this I know, but I haven't had a chance to read everything until now.
I'm really sorry you feel like that Amy, I've been moving towards it too. I don't read new articles with them anymore, they're bore me (sorry :[ ). I never did have any respect for them, so I'm glad that my opionons of them haven't been coloured by the people I have realised they are.
I also didn't realise Caleb's drink problem was that bad, I mean, I always just thought in a normal setting, it would be extreme but it was fine in his setting. I now realise it's a real big thing and he should probably work on it.
Well done for your honesty & I'm glad we've been able to have a proper conversation about it rather than everyone chastising the maker of the thread & smiting, because that gets us no where. Karma Amy x

i just got a chance to read this and amy, i really respect that you had the guts to express your opinions despite the fact that almost everyone on this forum is a little nutty over the KOL boys.
my personal take on the whole interview/image...blah blah blah issue (i don't know what to call it).... sometimes i wish i could take back the endless amounts of hours i've spent researching the followills' lives, looking at every picture ever taken of them (practically). i feel like i know them TOO much and i run the risk of being disappointed (i already have been).
like claire so poignantly said- if you put someone on a pedestal, they're bound to fall down- through no fault of their own.
i'm glad you're staying on HA- i'd miss you! have some karma for your well-written letter!
